Medallion Grease
Medallion Food Grade grease is CFIA & USDA listed, NSF H-1 registered and Kosher approved for use in processing and harvesting operations where incidental contact with edible food is possible. Color is white with excellent adhesive and cohesive quality.
High performance Aluminum Complex base provides superior mechanical stability, resists pound-out and is extremely resistant to water washout. Wide operating range of -18°C (0°F) to +175°C (350°F) eliminates the need to stock multiple greases for cold or high temperature applications. Contains a special anti-bacterial agent that resists the growth of harmful bacteria and minimizes the risk of rancidity.
Available in NLGI Grade #0, #1 or #2 in Tubes, Pails, Kegs or Drums. (See note)
CFIA/USDA listed and approved for Food Plant Use.
