SAE 80W-90 GL-5 gear lubricant is a blend of high quality base stocks with extreme pressure additives that provide protection under severe operating conditions, including automotive applications. The extreme pressure additives also provide anti-weld, anti-scuff and anti-wear properties critical for heavy-duty applications.

SAE 85W-140 GL-5 gear lubricant is a blend of high quality, high VI base stocks with sulfur-phosphorous extreme pressure additives that provide exceptional protection under severe operating conditions. Serves as a multipurpose gear oil that exceed the latest requirements of gear and transmission manufacturers’ requiring API GL-5 or API MT-1 level lubricants. The API GL-5 designation covers hypoid gears in passenger cars and light-duty trucks, as well as heavy-duty trucks operating under the most severe conditions. The API MT-1 Service Classification addresses gear lubricant suitable for use in Mack heavy-duty truck and truck manual transmissions.
